Betty Haynes

May 10, 1949 - January 29, 2022

Betty Haynes 5/10/1949-1/29/2022 Betty Haynes, born to Russell and Marjorie Fink, was born in and grew up in Fort Collins, CO. She graduated from Poudre High School in 1967, where she had met her husband, Dan Haynes. They were proudly married for 53 years, June 22, 1968 was their wedding day. In their early years they enjoyed being a part of the Larimer County Four Wheel Drive Club, it was during this time where they welcomed Scott, 10/02/71 and Ryan, 08/08/74 to the family. Betty dedicated herself to her family, proving time and time again her strength and resolve to always be there for them. Her biggest joy was seeing her two boys grow up. In 1997 when Ryan married Mary, Betty "Got the daughter I always wanted". Dan and Betty enjoyed dancing with the Good Times Dance Club, bowling and spending time with both sets of their parents who lived in Fort Collins as well. Her unconditional love for family was never more evident than her pleasure in watching her grandsons Alex and Nathan grow up, attending many choir and band performances and accomplishing one of her life's goals by seeing them graduate from high school. In more recent years, though her mobility was limited, she and Dan enjoyed long drives in our beautiful state, Friday night patio date nights and as always, spending every holiday, birthdays and special occasion with the ones she loved! Our loving wife, mother and grandmother will be missed.
