Yvonne Frederick

Yvonne Elaine Frederick was born up the Poudre Canyon, Colo., on Jan. 19, 1936, to James and Grace Cheney. She passed from this life on Feb. 23, 2007, after a courageous battle against cancer. Yvonne lived most of her life in Fort Collins. She is survived by her husband, Robert Frederick; and children, Terry Mark Yurky, Lynn Richard Kendall, Brett Frederick, and Jennifer Bryan Patterson. She is grandmother to Matthew and Mason Yurky, Andrea Morgan Kitsmiller, Michael, Olivia and LilyAnn Kendall, Rya Frederick, Ashley, Joseph and Lauren Gutierrez, Levi Patterson and one great-grandchild, Haven Kitsmiller. ADVERTISEMENT She is also survived by brothers, Glen and Eldon Cheney; and sisters, Helen Beaugh and Charlotte Thompson. "Vonnie" loved the Lord and was a member of Resurrection Fellowship in Loveland. She also loved her family, friends and traveling. She was the best wife, mother, and grandmother. She was a blessing to those whose lives she touched and we will truly miss her. A memorial service will be at 2 p.m., Monday, March 5, 2007, at Timberline Church in the Mini Auditorium, 2908 Timberline Road, Fort Collins. Reception will follow service at the church. A private interment will be held at Grandview Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Larimer County in care of Bohlender Funeral Chapel, 121 W.
