Willard H. Rogers, 84 of Ft. Collins, CO formerly of St. Louis, MO passed away peacefully at home December 21st with his family by his side after a year long battle with cancer.
He was born in Scranton, PA, raised in Des Moines, IA, graduated from Iowa State University with a degree in Civil Engineering and served in the US Army in Germany as a combat engineer.
He is survived by his beloved wife of 61 years Barbara, son Steven Rogers (Maheen), daughter Betsy Laudati (Rob), in-laws Carol and Mike Morgan, nieces Minda Caesar and Kristin Balcita and their families. He was preceded in death by his parents (Hugh and Isabelle Rogers) and daughter, Linda Rogers.
There will be a private family gathering at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Pathways Hospice in care of Bohlender Funeral Chapel.
