Wesley Jackson McClintock, 24, of Fort Collins, CO, died Thursday, July 9, 2020. He was born February 3, 1996 in Greeley, CO, and spent most of his life in Fort Collins.
He attended Dunn Elementary, Lesher Middle School, and Poudre High School. He earned an associate degree at Front Range Community College and had been accepted into Colorado State University to pursue a computer science degree in the fall of 2020.
He loved dogs, drawing and painting, and computer science. He played Rocket League, surfed in Counterstrike: Source, and listened to Folk Punk. At the time of his death, he was employed by Pet City Fort Collins, where he belonged to a close family of coworkers who cared deeply for him, as he did for them.
Wesley was preceded in death by his grandparents George McClintock and John and Donna Tabler. He is survived by his grandmother, Betty McClintock of San Diego, CA; father, stepmother, and sister: Kelly, Sabine, and Maggie McClintock of Laramie WY; his mother and her partner: Cat McClintock and John Lardinois of Bismarck, ND; multiple aunts, uncles, and cousins; and also his Sad Communist dog, Dexter.
