Wayne Edward Yakel, 67 of Ft. Collins died November 14, 2015 at McKee Medical Center, Pathways Hospice. Wayne was born June 2, 1948 in Ft. Collins to Rudolph and Erma Yakel.
While growing up Wayne attended schools in Ft. Collins and graduated from Poudre High School. He then served his country by enlisting in the U.S. Army.
Wayne owned Industrial Technical Services. He enjoyed dancing with his long-time partner, Ginny Saylor. His quick wit and sense of humor will be missed.
Survivors include his mother, Erma Yakel of Ft. Collins; two brothers, Bruce Yakel of Ft. Collins and Robert Yakel of Orem, Utah. He also leaves behind many friends.
Preceding Wayne in death are his father, Rudolph and brother, Gary.
No services will be held.
