Vinnorma Webb passed away peacefully in her sleep at home on Tuesday, February 20, 2018. She was 96 years old. She had been in good health and was knitting and doing Sudoku puzzles on Monday, February 19.

Vinnorma was born on June 23, 1921 in the parlour of their Brown County farmhouse in Kansas to Alfred and Ella May Kimmi. She grew up on the farm driving tractors, teams of horses and helping her mom feed the harvesters. She went to school in Everest, Kansas and then went on to college in Highland, Kansas. She taught grade school in Brown County, Kansas. She had resided in Fort Collins since 1962. She was a great homemaker, wife and mother. She was a member of Christ Center Community Church now called Clearwater. Vinnorma Kimmi married Wiley Webb on February 3, 1943. They had two sons; Larry Webb (deceased) of Dillon, and Harlan Webb of Fort Collins.

Vinnorma loved being with her family. She and her husband loved to travel, visiting many countries and all 50 states. She was an excellent cook and loved hosting family dinners at her home. Her hobbies included gardening, knitting, crocheting, embroidery, quiltmaking, and Sudoku puzzles. She volunteered for years as one of the Workday Ladies at her church, making quilts and sewing clothes for children and newborns.

Vinnorma is survived by her son Harlan Webb of Fort Collins; granddaughter Robin and Jeremy Henley of Frisco; grandson Ryan and Katie Webb of Boulder; and her two great grandsons Max and Calvin of Boulder. And her little buddy Angus, a Scottish Terrier. She will be deeply missed by her family and the many who loved her.

She was preceded in death by her parents, three brothers, her husband, and son Larry. A private family funeral will be held. The Reverend David Niquette will officiate the service.
