Vicki Lynn Wertz

Vicki Lynn Wertz, 52, of Greeley, died May 9, 2012 at her home. Vicki was born March 29, 1960 in Fort Collins, Colorado to Ronald Specht and Barbara "Fritzler" Specht. Vicki married Perry L. Wertz February 5, 1993 in Johnstown, Colorado. Mrs. Wertz enjoyed gardening and loved raising her children and grandchildren. She adored her family. She was a wonderful wife, mother and grandmother. She will be greatly missed. Survivors include her mother, Barbara Specht of Fort Collins; her husband, Perry; two children, Matthew Wertz and Amanda Lorenzen both of Fort Collins; two stepdaughters, Heather Wertz of Johnstown and April Wertz of Winthrup, Washington; a brother, Keith Specht of Eaton, Colorado, and eight grandchildren. Preceding Vicki in death is her father, Ronald Specht. A funeral service will be held on Monday at 2:00 p.m. at St. John's Lutheran Church, 305. E. Elizabeth. Interment will follow at Resthaven Memory Gardens Cemetery Memorial contributions can be made to the St. John's Lutheran Church in care of Bohlender Funeral Chapel, 121 W. Olive St., Ft.
