Veronica Lee Salazar

Veronica Lee Salazar, age 42, passed away Saturday, January 29, 2022 at UC Health Poudre Valley Hospital in Fort Collins, CO. She was born July 21, 1979 in Fort Collins, CO and was a 1998 graduate from Poudre High School and attended Colorado State University for a year. She worked as a secretary for Insurance by Phone for many years until her illness caught up to her.
Veronica truly lived life to the fullest through the simple pleasures of going out with friends and going on family vacations. She loved spending time with her mother, Susie. Especially
with her brother, Joshua, as well as her nephew and niece, Vinchenzo and Madison. Veronica was the most selfless person and no matter the pain and struggles she was going through she was always trying to take care of others first. Veronica had a heart of gold and made a mark on all of us. She will be dearly missed but will be forever in our hearts.

Veronica is survived by her mother; Susie Ann Salazar, her brother, Joshua Christopher Salazar; her nephew, Vinchenzo Salazar; her Niece, Madison Budge, and many aunts, uncles and cousins

Viewing will be Wednesday February 2, 2022 from 3:30pm to 5:30pm followed by the Holy Rosary at 6pm, Bohlender Funeral Chapel, 121 W. Olive Street, Fort Collins, CO 80524.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held Thursday, February 3, 2022, at 10am, Holy Family Catholic Church, 326 N. Whitcomb Street, Fort Collins, CO 80521.

Followed by Burial at Roselawn Cemetary, 2718 E. Mulberry Street, Fort Collins, CO 80524.
