Vera Rasmussen

Vera Rasmussen, 75, of Fort Collins, died September 29, 2012 at a local nursing home. Mrs. Rasmussen was born September 27, 1937 in Erfurt, Germany to Hans and Erna Marx Meyer. Vera married Gene A. Rasmussen on April 11, 1958 in Boeblingen, Germany. Mrs. Rasmussen moved to Fort Collins June 1, 1991 from Pinewood Springs, Colorado. She worked as a bookkeeper in the banking industry. Vera loved to travel. Survivors include her husband, Gene; daughter, Sue E. Rasmussen of Highlands Ranch, Colorado; and two grandchildren. A Private Family Service will be held at a later date.
