He was born at Poudre Valley Hospital in Fort Collins, CO. to Dunia Gonzales and Steven Jenkins. He was cared for and loved by his second parents Annie and Alex Cheatham. He was an adorable baby boy with beautiful brown eyes and brown hair. He loved to smile in his sleep and was so curious about the world around him. He could often be found in his favorite spot on his Papa's chest. He loved snuggles with anyone but especially his big sister. He loved his time on his tummy and was trying so hard to move himself where he wanted to go. Tru (John) is survived by both sets of parents, sister Samantha, brother Alejandro, sisters Aviana and Lyanna, grandparents Gladis and Mark and Pam Cheatham. Tru (John) will be interred at Grandview Cemetery in Fort Collins following a funeral service at Bohlender Funeral Chapel on June 30th, 2022. Flowers may be sent to the service or donations may be made to Poudre Valley Hospital NICU in his name.
