The journey is over; Troy Robert Williams fought a courageous battle against cancer for three years. Troy was born Oct 3, 1975, in Fort Collins. He is the son of Steven and Patti Jo Williams and grew up and attended school in the Fort Collins area. He graduated from Poudre High School in 1994. Troy married his partner and soul mate, Nikki Williams on July 6, 1996. He worked in the drywall trade for several years and then drove his dump truck until he became ill. His hobbies were hunting, camping, riding four-wheelers and stockcar racing. He was known as Uncle Troy to many. Troy is survived by his wife, Nikki; daughters, TyAnn Ladybug and Shylo Peanut; his father and mother, Steven and Patti Jo; brother, Todd; grandmothers, Marty Williams and Orma Englert; many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews; loving friends, Dave and Faith Murphy, Mike Hot Rod, JoAnn Cole and Bobbie Graham, who came and helped day or night. He is preceded in death by his three babies; grandfathers, Doug Williams and Robert Englert; uncle, Rick Englert; and cousin, Dustin Williams. Services will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday at Timberline Church. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to Troy Williams' Children's Scholarship Fund, c/o Bohlender Funeral Chapel.
