Tricia (Trish) Trujillo, 49, passed away September 8, 2017 at home surrounded by family and
friends after a five year fight against breast cancer.
Trish was born December 1,1967 in Rock Springs, Wyoming to Ben and Donna Trujillo, who
proceeded her daughter in death from cancer in 1996. She attended high school at CampionAcademy, graduating in 1986 and went on to obtain a business degree from Union College in Lincoln, Nebraska. After graduating from Union College she began her career with State Farm Insurance where she was an Auto Underwriting Team Manager in the company's Austin, Texas office.
Trish was known for her outgoing personality, her unique and infectious laugh, her unwavering
faith in God and her willingness to help others, no matter the need. She was passionate in herlove for her four- legged babies and rescued five Rhodesian Ridgebacks in her life time. She
had an amazingly positive attitude when diagnosed with cancer in 2012, deeming it her "health opportunity" and her "health opportunity number 2", when the cancer returned in 2016. She
maintained that positive attitude and encouraged and shared her faith with all who crossed her
path.
She will be remembered at a Memorial Service September 16, 2017 at 4:00pm at the Campion
SDA Church. 300 42nd Street SW. Loveland, Colorado. 80537.
