Born in Middletown Ohio on January 31, 1935, Theodore was the youngest of 4 children. He served in the U.S. MILITARY Navy during the Korean War. Construction was his career, taking him across the country with many different jobs and titles. He married the love of his life, Linda Stimpfl, whose life will also be celebrated at his service. She went home to her Lord and Savior January 24, 2021 during the lockdown. Together they made life an adventure and now will continue their journey in Heaven. A ceremony with full honors will be held at the Cheyenne National Cemetery in mid June. This website will be updated once arrangements are finalized. Golfing into the age of 91 years old, his smile, and his charm will certainly be his legacy.
Theodore's ministry in his last years was to spread the Good News of Jesus, handing strangers small Jesus figurines and saying "Everyone needs a little Jesus."
Ceremony with full Navy Honors will be held on Friday June 26th at 1:00pm Cheyenne National Cemetery Hildreth Road, Cheyenne WY 82009
A casual dinner gathering and celebration at 5:00pm at The Knauer Home 2836 Michener Drive for those who attend or can not make it to the service in Cheyenne.
In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to Pathways Hospice in Fort Collins CO. This organization is the incredible hand we were able to hold through his swift passing with dignity and grace.
