Tandi Renae (Reeve) McBlair was born in Denver, Colorado on October 8, 1981. She became the special adopted daughter of Roger Dale and Becky Reeve on November 17, 1981. She passed away on November 11, 2024.
Tandi attended Bauder and Olander elementary schools, Blevins junior high and Rocky Mountain high school. She furthered her education at Colorado State University majoring in teacher education. She worked as an admin assistant for a construction company and an attorney, but her profession of choice was being a stay-at-home mom.
Tandi was a very special mom, a treasured daughter, sister and aunt, a loved member of her extended family, and a friend to many. She was outgoing and never met a stranger. Although she was small in stature, she was extremely big in heart. Tandi was selfless and gave her time to positively impact the lives of others. She was brilliant, always thinking through a philosophical lens. Her sense of humor was beyond funny. It was always her goal to make everyone laugh, no matter the situation. Tandi had many creative talents. She was a painter, enjoyed crocheting, and had a very successful green thumb. Tandi is leaving a painful hole in our lives, but we are so proud of her for deciding to become an organ donor. She will live on through her gifts.
Tandi is survived by her son Elijah, daughter Abigail, mother Becky Tamlin, father, Roger Dale Reeve, sister Traci Sample, brother-in-law Darby Sample, and niece Autumn Sample, as well as many extended family members and friends. She is preceded in death by her grandparents Richard and Maxine Tamlin, and Hobert and Mary Reeve.
