Steven Richard Groble

Steve, 64, passed away on February 26, 2024. He was born March 2, 1959, to Richard and Carol Groble.
Born in Illinois and raised in California, Steve was a resident of Colorado since 2001. He was an avid sports enthusiast, enjoying both football and golf. He was a lifelong fan of the Oakland Raiders, never wavering win or lose. He had great memories of attending games when he was younger with his dad and grandpa. He even named his beloved lab Raider.
Steve spent his entire career in the construction field. He joined Landmark Homes in 2016. He looked forward to going to work every morning. He loved "his guys" and as the Director of Construction Field Operations he developed an awesome team that included not just Landmark employees but also long-standing relationships with trade partners.
Steve was larger than life, evidenced in his booming voice, presence that 'filled the room'. It's been said that Steve was a pro's pro. It was indeed Steve's life, and we were just living in it.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Richard and Carol. He is survived by his wife Lisa; brother David; sister Linda; daughter Annie; son Jarod; grandson Aian; loving in-laws, nieces, nephews and an abundance of friends and colleagues.
Steve will be deeply missed.
