Stella Cooper, 89, of Fort Collins, died Friday, Sept. 2, 2005. Born April 12, 1916, in East Chicago, Ind. Survived by son, James A. Cooper, of Dillon, and sisters, Jo Bates, of Fort Collins, and Polly Hicks. Private memorial service will be held.
