Shirley Young Fox Miramonti passed peacefully and went to be with the Lord on January 26, 2024.

Shirley was born on June 14, 1939, in Loveland Colorado to Clemont Fern Young and Marian Elizabeth Snyder. The family moved to Yakima Washington in 1944. Shirley married Roy Fox in 1958 and they had 3 children together. Darren Fox- Fort Collins, Colorado Sandy Fox Schuler Yakima, Washington (Chris Schuler) and Scott Fox. Shirley was a homemaker and raised her three children in Yakima Washington. After Shirley and Roy divorced, Shirley moved to Colorado and married Paul Miramonti. She had two stepsons, Anthony Miramonti, and Clark Miramonti. Shirley has 7 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. She is survived by two sisters Nancy Tuttle of Fort Collins, Colorado, and Barbara Sears (Brad Sears) of Auburn, Washington and many nieces, nephews, and cousins. Shirley worked at CSU as a meal checker in Ingersoll and Allison Halls for many years. She loved working with the young students there. She and Paul enjoyed hunting, camping, fishing, and spoiling their Golden Retrievers. They enjoyed gardening and sharing their harvest with friends and family.

Shirley will be remembered for her big smile and boisterous laugh! Oh, how she loved to laugh! Shirley is preceded in death by her husband Paul Miramonti, son Scott Fox, grandson Dillon Fox, sisters Patty Campbell and Margie Hoff.

There will be a small celebration of life on May 26, 2024, at 2:30 PM at the All Nations Church in Fort Collins with family and friends.
