Shirley Jean (Brown) Line, 83, passed away peacefully on February 10, 2019 in Fort Collins, Colorado. Shirley was the youngest child born to Henry Newell and Cecil Curtis Brown on July 8, 1935 in Pocatello, Idaho. Shirley grew up in Ogden, Utah and lived there as well as the Philippines prior to settling in Colorado in 1963. Shirley worked primarily in the banking industry in downtown Denver as well as the Thornton/Northglenn area.
She was preceded in death by her parents, sisters, Cecelia B. Woodman and Bette Joy Fuller, as well as her husbands, James Beveridge, James Jarrett and Jack Line. Shirley is survived by her children, Keri Jarrett, Jim Jarrett, Theron (Kathie) Jarrett, Robert Jarrett and Dawn (Stuart Hopper) Rozecki, her grandchildren Scott, Greg, Nicole, Robert, Jack and Ben as well as great grandchildren, Kayden, Cody, Aurora, Cash and Jameson.
A private service will be held this summer. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be sent to the Adams County Humane Society where Shirley adopted her best friend and companion for the last 12 years, Halli.
