Scott Novovesky, 50, of Fort Collins, died January 19, 2013 peacefully at his home from cancer. Mr. Novovesky was born September 1, 1962 in Hackensack, New Jersey to Michael and Florence Novovesky. Scott married Sonja Tuttle on July 9, 2011 in Windsor, Colorado. Mr. Novovesky has lived in Fort Collins since 1980. He attended CSU in Horticulture. He also attended Nazarene Bible College in Colorado Springs. Scott worked as a Lead driver and assistant trainer for the Poudre School District from 2007 until the present time. He enjoyed camping and fishing. Scott is a HAM radio operator. He is an Eagle Scout, Troop 516, from Woodridge, Illinois. He was a member of Life Church in Fort Collins. Survivors include his wife, Sonja; father, Michael Novovesky and his wife, Joyce; stepchildren, Zachary Tuttle Susie, Noah Tuttle Brittanyand two grandchildren, Ayla and Indiana; Mercy Tatum Trey, Sophie Tuttle Brett Beardmore, Carlton Tuttle and Lucy Tuttle; family from Illinois: brother, Paul Novovesky Kris Graves; sisters, Cynthia Rapley Steve, and Tanya Layman Greg; nephew, Austin Holpuch; nieces, Kirsten Novovesky, Carrie Rapley, Laura Rapley, Victoria Holpuch, and Aubrey Holpuch. He is preceded in death by his birth mother, Florence Novovesky. A Memorial Service will be held at 6:30 p.m on Friday, January 25, 2013 at Spirit of Joy Lutheran Church, 4501 South Lemay Ave., Fort Collins, Colorado, 80525.
