Sandy May Bailey, 47, of Fort Collins, passed on Friday, Nov. 24, 2006, at her home. She was born on June 27, 1959, in Fort Collins, to Roy "Merle" and Rhodabelle Cutshall Bailey. Sandy was a compassionate woman who was involved in PETA and a member of the "SFO" Secular Franciscan Order. Over the years, Sandy volunteered her time in all of her children's schools and took pride in all of their accomplishments. Sandy was an avid supporter for animal rights and the right to life. She loved music and lived life to the fullest. ADVERTISEMENT Sandy was especially proud about being "Granny" to her three grandsons: Isaac, Jr. 3, and Michael 2 Cordova, and Rylan Mills 1. To her sisters, she will always be our "Little Sas." Sandy is survived by her parents; her former husband, Steven Cordova; her four children, Isaac Brandy, Zachary, Ariel Keith, and Bailey; and her sisters, Fay Davis, Victoria Dave Cooley, Linda Palmer, Bonnie Vail; and nine nieces and nephews. She is also survived by her best friend and companion, Robert "Bob" Peterman, and her pets, Bitsy, Bo-Bo, Pan, Destiny, and Luna. Services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Foothills Wesleyan Church, 220 N. Taft Hill Road. Interment will be held at Grandview Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations be made to the Sandy Bailey Memorial Fund in care of Bohlender Funeral Chapel.
