Sandra Lee May

Sandra Lee May, 66, of Fort Collins, died October 28, 2011 at Poudre Valley Hospital surrounded by her family. Sandy was born April 2, 1945 in Bell, California to Arthur and Catherine Rapier. She married Steven Dean May on April 14, 1984. Sandy loved camping, sewing, and was an avid gardener. Survivors include her husband, Steven; son, Mark Stephanie Iler of Nunn, Colorado; daughters, Carrie Curt Confer of Westminster, Colorado, Katie Josh Ritsick of Centennial, Colorado, and Jaime Owens of Fort Collins; brothers, David Rapier of Arizona, Robyn Rapier of Utah, Rick Rapier of California;
eight grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild. She was preceded in death by her son, Chad E. Iler. A celebration of Sandy's life is planned for the summer.
