Sam Berry died on December 17,2014 with his daughter and son at his side.
He was born June 18,1928 in McLean County, Kentucky. When he was five, his family to moved to Pueblo,CO . After graduating from high school, they moved to Ft. Collins where he met Evelyn Klein and they were married on March 11,1951.
Sam enlisted in the United States Navy and served 4 years during the Korean War.
After the war, they returned to Ft. Collins. Sam worked 34 years for Ghent Motors as the business,finance manager.
They spent retirement enjoying time with family,friends and as volunteers at the hospital.
He is survived by his daughter Kathy Greenwell,son Rick Berry(Cathy), grandchildren Katie Berry,Tad Greenwell,Megan Berry, Adam Greenwell(Jenna),Heather Greenwell,Ryan Greenwell(Bailey) and 8 great grandchildren.
A private graveside service with Military Honors will be held.
Donations may be made to Ahlzeimers organization or of your choice.
