Ryan Douglas Wurst-Caligari

Ryan Wurst-Caligari, 38, of Fort Collins, died after a short illness on June 19, 2013. Ryan was born March 29, 1975 in Redding, CA to Jim and Nancy Caligari Wurst. Ryan graduated from Fort Collins High School in 1993 and from Colorado State University in 1998. He was employed by Platte River Power Authority as a computer programmer. Ryan is survived by his loving wife, Trina, precious daughters Hillary 10 and Alayna 7, parents Jim and Nancy Caligari Wurst, brother and confidant Matt Wurst-Caligari and his best friend since age 9 Mike Robichaud, all of Fort Collins. He is also survived by his grandmother, numerous relatives, in-laws and friends. Ryan loved to be outdoors particularly if he was golfing. He enjoyed being around people and was happiest when hanging out listening to music. Ryan was a kind and giving person who was loved and respected by those that knew him. Ryan also had a crazy sense of humor and loved to laugh. Ryan, thank you for all the love you have shared with all of us. You will always be with us and we will love and miss you beyond description forever. A memorial service will be held, Thursday, 1 p.m. at Bohlender Funeral Chapel.
