Rudy Medina

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Rudy Medina, who left us on September 12, 2024, at the age of 46. Rudy was born on March 21, 1978 in Fort Collins, CO. He lived a life filled with love, joy, and appreciation for the simple pleasures in life.

Rudy is survived by his loving wife, Lindsay; their cherished children, Anthony (Katie), Veronica, and Rudy Jr; his mother, Thersa; and his sisters, Valerie, Mary-Ann, and Diana. His legacy also lives on through his beloved grandson, Mason, who brought immense joy to his life. Rudy's warmth and affection extended to his loyal dogs, Oscar and Maya, who were his faithful companions. Rudy was preceded in death by his sister, April.

Rudy was a special kind of person whose work ethic and care for others stood out in every setting. He was not just an amazing worker, but a man of remarkable character. Day in and day out, he poured himself into his work with precision and dedication, always ensuring the job was done to the highest standard. But what sets him apart even more was his deep concern for his fellow workers.

Rudy had a great passion for the outdoors, finding comfort and happiness in nature. One of his favorite outdoor activities was to go fishing at the Poudre River.

Rudy's presence will be deeply missed by all who knew him. He leaves behind cherished memories and a lasting impact on those he loved. A celebration of his life will be held to honor his memory and the permanent mark he left on our hearts. A memorial service will be held 11 am, Monday, September 23, 2024 at Bohlender Funeral Chapel. Immediately following the memorial service everyone is invited to a reception at the Knights of Columbus, 121 N. Meldrum Street.
