Ronald Lee Morgan 53, of Fort Collins, died Friday, June 22, 2007 from a lengthy illness. Ron was born in Fort Collins on April 16, 1954 to Leila Ann Morgan and Robert Lee Morgan. He attended Timnath elementary and junior high schools and graduated from Fort Collins High school in 1972. He worked in the machining field for almost 38 years. He had his own business, R.N.R. Machining, for the past 15 years. Ron lived in Timnath for most of his life. He loved watching several sports and loved the mountains, where he took his dog to fish or just explore. He loved his computer, where he taught himself how to fix anything on it. He was a great auto mechanic in his spare time. He kept his and everyone's autos in top condition. He had a great sense of humor. He loved his family and friends. We will all miss him very much. He was preceded in death by his father, Robert Lee Morgan; sister-in-law, Elizabeth Ann Morgan; and grandparents. He is survived by his mother, Leila Ann Morgan of Timnath; his daughter, Heather Deering and son-in-law Mike Deering; grandson, Wyatt; granddaughter, Weslie Deering of Westminster; brother, Robert Allan Morgan and Amy of Orange County, Calif.; three sisters, Peggy Ann Morgan of Fort Collins, Connie Blakeley and Kyle of Greeley, and Nancy Krueger and Chuck of Johnstown; nephews; nieces; great-nephews and great-niece. There will be a celebration of Ron's life for family and friends at 1 p.m. on Friday at Bohlender Funeral Chapel.
