Rodolfo (Rudy) Rey (76) was a hard-working man who joined our heavenly father on December 31st, 2017. He was born February 9th, 1941 to Luis T Rey and Juana P Rey. He spent his younger years living with his grandparents in Mexico before moving to El Paso, TX to be with his parents. He attended school in Mesilla NM before leaving early to help support his family by working for Compress, bailing cotton and operating heavy machinery. In 1964, he met and married his wife of 53 years, Enedina Olivas and they began their life together. He began working in the construction industry and ultimately followed his career to Fort Collins, CO in 1970. Though he worked for multiple construction companies he finally found a home with Big Horn Masonry, in which he worked for until retirement. He took pride in earning financial stability and providing for his family. He is survived by his wife Enedina Rey, children Rudy Rey Jr, Steven Ortiz, Joe Rey, Martha Rey, brothers Alfonso Rey, Johnny Rey, Polo Rey, Louis Rey, grandchildren Ashley Rey, Nicky Wilson, Dusttina Heimann, Montana Rey, Tina Ortiz, Jacob Ortis, Hanna Rey, Steven Rey. Great grandchildren Mia Wilson, Autumn Wilson, Orion Ortiz, Kai, and multiple nieces and nephews who he loved dearly. He has rejoined his parents, his sister Rosa Rios and his favorite companion Tito. A service will be held to celebrate his life a Bohlender Funeral Chapel on Thursday January 11th, 2018 at 3pm.
