Roberta Rae Smith

Roberta Bobbie Rae Smith, 96, entered into eternal rest on January 23, 2010. Roberta crocheted everything from baby blankets to kitchen towels, to Christmas ornaments and gifted everyone with a piece of her love as well as a crocheted item. She enjoyed doing "Seek a Word", crosswords, and playing cards. Roberta is survived by her son, Charles Carlson and wife, Sharon; and her daughter, Nancy Allen. She was the Matriarch of a large family. She had 12 grandchildren, and numerous great-grandchildren and great-great -grandchildren, plus a wealth of friends. She is preceded in death by her husband, Harold R. Smith, son-in-law, Richard Allen, and one grandchild, Charise Carlson. A Memorial Service will be held Wednesday, 2:00 p.m. at Bohlender Funeral Chapel. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to Pathways Hospice in care of Bohlender Funeral Chapel, 121 W.
