On Friday, August 17, 2018, Raymond O. Garza, Sr. who was mostly recognized as Ray, a great husband, father, son, brother and uncle, was called home to reunite with his father, Oscar C. Garza who preceded him in death.
Raymond O. Garza, Sr. was born September 19, 1977, and passed away suddenly at the age of 40. Raymond O. Garza, Sr. will be forever remembered by his wife, Ashley Garza and their three sons, Raymond O. Garza, Jr., Robert O. Garza, and Jason A. Hernandez; his mother, Marylou Garza; and sister, Grace L. Garza-Lopez. Ray will also be forever remembered by his nephews, Ben M. Lopez, Thomas R. Lopez and many other family and friends who loved him dearly.
Ray was a very hard worker and was also a great father who loved taking his boys fishing, golfing, and boating. Ray also loved spending quality time with his family and friends and was always the life of the party. He had a beautiful soul and will be deeply missed however, never forgotten. He will live in our hearts forever.
A viewing will be held Wednesday, August 22, from 5 to 7 p.m., at Bohlender Funeral Chapel, 121 W. Olive St, Ft. Collins, CO 80524
A service will be held in memory of Ray on Friday, August 24, 2018 at 11:00 a.m., at Timberline Church, 2908 S Timberline Rd, 2908 S. Timberline Rd. Ft. Collins, Co 80525, with minister, Adam Olivo officiating. Interment will follow at Grandview Cemetery.
