Phyllis G. Rodriguez, beloved wife, mother and grandmother, completed her earthly journey at the age of 92. She passed away peacefully on Saturday, January 24, 2026, in the comfort of her home, surrounded by her loving family.
Phyllis was born on February 5, 1933, in Fort Collins, Colorado to Guadalupe and Ramona Gonzales. On July 7, 1954 she married the love of her life, Lupe M. Rodriguez. They welcomed six children, and shared 71 wonderful years together.
She is survived by her husband Lupe; children Mary Castaneda (Rudy), Roy Rodriguez (Mildred), Ron Rodriguez (Magnolia) and Joann Rodriguez; grandchildren Michelle, Christina, Stephanie, Melanie, Marcia, Carlos, Tara, Brittany, and Jeremiah; 11 great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Phyllis is preceded in death by her parents; sons Douglas and Richard Rodriguez; and sisters Bernice Gonzales, Jennie Martinez, Victoria Martinez, and Georgia Salas.
We would like to give thanks to her wonderful caregivers, Magnolia Rodriguez and Mildred Rodriguez.
