Phillip LeRoy Foster, born November 12, 1954, passed away on August 13, 2020.
Phillip served in the U.S. Army and was a sharpshooter and Grenade Specialist in Germany.
Phillip married Mary Lou Hansen (Foster) on February 14, 1974, and together they had three children; Joey Foster, Chasity Foster, and Jessie (Buzz) Foster.
He is survived by his two children, Joey and Chasity, eight grandkids; Phillip, Victoria, Maci, Devin, Trenton, Andrew, Grace, and Joseph, one great-grandchild, Serenity, six sisters; Kathy, Barb, Mary, Rosie, Nancy, and Phyllis, and two brothers, Billy and Michael.
Phillip is preceded in death by his parents Melvin and Catherine Foster, son Jessie (Buzz) Foster who passed away in 2010, sister Betty Mae, and brother, Joseph Foster.
His legacy will live on in the heart and mind of everyone he interacted with, as well as everyone he reached out to and ever met.
