Paula Kay Kalmi, 50, a longtime resident of the Fort Collins-Loveland area, died Sunday, July 24, 2005, in the Hospice Ward at McKee Medical Center. Formerly Paula Bolls, she was born Aug. 30, 1954, in Orange, Calif. She attended Fort Collins schools and was a graduate of Santa Ana High School in California in 1972. She returned to this area in 1972 after marrying Kim Kalmi and was divorced in 1981. She began her 32 years as an employee of Hewlett Packard and then Agilent in 1973. Paula loved to travel and vacationed in Hawaii, Barbados, Jamaica, Canada and the three coasts of the United States. A memorial is planned at Paula's home from 4 to 6 p.m. Sunday. Friends are asked to come and share their favorite memories of Paula in celebration of her life. No flowers, please. Paula is survived by Hurban Bolls, father; Morgan Bolls, brother; Darla Miller, sister; and their families. She was preceded in death by Marjorie Lawrence, grandmother, and Kay Tyler Baird, formerly Kay Bolls, mother.
