Patricia Ann (Crystal) Cummings passed away November 3, 2021 at Pouder Valley Hospital in Fort Collins Colorado. She was born January 15, 1947 to John Charles Smedley, and Edith Patricia Bass in Elgin, Illinois.
She was the mother of five children. Tim, Scott, Richard (deceased), Christina, and Joshua. Patricia was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. Patricia loved being a grandmother, doing genealogical research, working in retail sales, quilting and caring for rescued grey hounds.
Patricia served in the US Army at Fort Sam in Houston, TX. In later life, she married Bruce Cummings on August 3, 2003 and lived on a bird farm near Fort Collins.
A memorial service is to be held at 10:30am November 13, 2021 at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.
