Oma Edith Harris passed away on Friday, March 8, 2013 at the age of 94. She was born on July 28, 1918 in Gum Sulpher, Kentucky to Henry and Ellen Masters. She was raised in a loving home with six brothers and one sister, who have all preceded her in death. Oma is survived by her three children, Luther Harris Marno, Harold Harris, and Tammy Mooney Richard, all of Fort Collins; seven grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; and seven great, great grandchildren and her special friend Floyd Holsinger. She moved to Fort Collins with her family in 1943. Her husband, Earl, a retired fireman passed away in 1991. Oma retired from Teledyne in Fort Collins. She was so loving, generous, and kind and enjoyed having a good time. She loved visiting Las Vegas, playing bingo and fishing. She also loved cooking and traveling with family. Oma, who was always Nanny to her grandchildren, was loved deeply by her family and will be greatly missed. A funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, March 16, 2013 at Bohlender Funeral Chapel. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Saint Volunteer Transportation @ 333W. Drake Rd. Suite 42, Ft. Collins, Co. 80526.
