O.J. "Jim" Warner, 89, of Fort Collins, died Sept. 27, 2007, at his home. Mr. Warner was born Dec. 24, 1917, on a farm northwest of Windsor to Dr. Marvin Warner and Jeanette E. Chandler Warner. Mr. Warner married Esther Schild Warner in 1942 in Kimball, Neb. Mr. Warner lived on a farm near Windsor before moving to Fort Collins where he had resided for 47 years. He was a graduate of Timnath High School in 1936 and attended Colorado A&M. Mr. Warner was a farmer and co-owner of Poudre Pre-mix. He loved to tinker or fix anything mechanical or electrical. He was a Ram Booster and a member of the BPOE "Elks" Club. Mr. Warner is survived by his sister, Leota Birkenbine; nephews, Jerry and Ed Rice, Jim Warner, Ray, Bob and Jimmie Schwartz; nieces, Patricia Rice Noffke, Donna Wilson, Joyce Koller and Nancy Gordon as well as several great- and great-great-nieces and nephews. Mr. Warner was preceded in death by his wife, Esther Warner; brother, Dr. Harold C. Warner; and his parents. A memorial service will be at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday at Bohlender Funeral Chapel. Mr. W.
