Norma Jean Wynne, 89, of Fort Collins, died August 22, 2017 at a local nursing facility.

Norma was born March 20, 1928 in Santa Ana, CA to Karl G. and Virginia C. Baker.

Norma married Joseph G. Wynne on September 5, 1953 in Las Vegas, NV. They divorced in 1962.

Norma has lived in the Fort Collins area for 41 years. Prior to her stroke she was member of the United Methodist Church, served on their Senior council, and volunteered to drive people to church who did not drive. She also volunteered at the Senior Center. Norma liked to garden, especially roses and she was an expert seamstress.

Survivors include her daughter, Virginia Wynne Elliott (Carl) of Timnath and son, Conrad Wynne of San Jose, CA; one grandchild, Virginia J. Elliott of Fort Collins; and stepsister, Bobbi Beymer of Highlands Ranch.

Preceding Norma in death are her parents, Karl and Virginia; and sister, Claire.

A Graveside Service will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Monday at Grandview Cemetery. Pastor Dan Nygaard will officiate the service. A Visitation will be held for Norma on Sunday from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m.at Bohlender Funeral Chapel.
