Nina May Schmer

Nina May Schmer was born on December 29th, 1937 in Ozark, Missouri to Paul and Rosella Sexton. She passed away peacefully on November 28th, 2023. Nina was one of six kids. She came to Colorado with her family in her teens. She married Darrell Schmer in 1954. He passed away on October 13th, 2010.Nina and Darrell were married for 56 years. She and Darrell had five kids.

Nina was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, her brothers Frank and Ben, her sister Ardith, and her daughter Roxanne. She is survived by her brother Bob, her sister Joyce, her sons Dean (Carrie), Dale (Tammy), Richard (Sharon) and daughter Ronda (Ted), many nieces and nephews, thirteen grandkids and thirteen great grandkids.

Services will be held at Bohlender Funeral Funeral Chapel on Sunday December 3rd at 11 a.m. Burial will be at a later date.
