Nancy Kay Judkins, age 65, was born to Burnell and Roy Judkins in Amarillo, Texas. Although she was stricken with polio at the age of eight, she enjoyed a full, productive life. After graduating from North Texas State University with a bachelor's degree in Medical Technology, she worked at Baylor Hospital in Dallas and various other hospitals and clinics. Nancy's passion for the arts was reflected in her participation in many theatrical productions and in her extensive collection of show tunes. Nancy was an avid reader, loved animals, and enjoyed foreign travel. In her later years, she developed a keen interest in genealogy and became the family historian. Nancy is survived by her sister, Peggy Elizabeth Gallagher; her cousins, Mary Ann Benning, Anita Wyrick, Joe Skelton, Trudi Terry, Patti Marcoe, Sandy Williams, Linda Black and their families. If you wish to donate in Nancy's honor, please consider the Susan G. Komen Cancer Fund or the Post-Polio Health International, in care of Bohlender Funeral Chapel, 121 W. Olive, Fort Collins, Colorado 80524. Friends may send condolences to the family at bohlenderfuneralchapel.com.
