Millie passed away on June 23, 2015 at the age of 98. She was born April 1, 1917 to Frank P and Barbara Boyer Jesser. Millie graduated from Fort Collins High School and Barnes Business College in Denver. She worked as an accountant for various departments of the Federal Government and on Military Bases, including 6 years in Fairbanks, Alaska. After retiring she spent several years as a homemaker and a job she dearly loved, judging gymnastics. She was very active for several years in the gymnastic clubs in Colorado. Millie was a member of Fort Collins Bible Church. Ever one who met her will always remember her for her smile. She was an avid fan of the Broncos and before the Rockies, the New York Yankees.
Millie is survived by two daughters, Pat Hoffman of Fort Collins and Cherie White of Cheyenne, WY. One Grandson, Justin White. Four Great grandchildren, Kaily (Mike) Kannianen, Cassy & Spencer Hoffman, Trinity & Hailey White. She will be remembered as a loving Christian Mother, grandmother and great grandmother.
Millie was the oldest of 11 children and was very close to her family. She is survived by 3 sisters, Annabelle M Neill of Sun City, CA, Nancy (Bill) Taylor of Fort Collins, CO and Sandy (Larry) Maier of Cheyenne, WY and one brother, Art (Meredith) Jesser of Fort Collins.
She was precede in death by her husband James F Cummings, her parents, two grandchildren, Kathy & Spike Hoffman, and son-in-law Chuck Hoffman, three sisters, Alberta & Annabelle L Jesser and Viola Nash and 3 brothers, Herbert, Robert & Frank (Nick) Jesser.
