Miguel Dominguez Bretado

Miguel Dominguez Bretado also known to us as papa Miguel left this world on Sunday November 6th to reunite himself with his loving wife Marciana Madrid-Fernandez (chana). Miguel was born on September 20th, 1924. he lived a long, fun, and exciting 98 years of life. Born in a small town in Zacatecas - he was a hard worker who dedicated most of his life to farming/ranching and manual labor.

When Miguel was transferred to Pouder Valley Hospital due to having pneumonia and multiple other infections his family never left his side during this tough time. He went peacefully knowing he was loved unconditionally.

Miguel was a loving father of 11 - Victoria, Victoria, Celia, Alfredo, Santos, Pedro, Domingo, Miguel, Rogelio, Concepcion, and Rosalba. he was also a grandfather/father figure to 26 grandchildren. He had many great grandchildren and a handful of great-great grandchildren. On his off time, he enjoyed traveling back to his homeland Zacatecas and Juarez. Some of his favorite hobbies were drinking beer, scratching lottery tickets playing Dominos and Cards with his kids and grandkids and although he always won and took their Domingo by bending the rules, they enjoyed the quality time with him as he was always happy to be surrounded by family. He will be dearly missed by many and always remembered as the kind, funny, loving and generous man he was.
