Michele Monica Cera

Michele Monica Cera, 44, of Fort Collins passed peacefully on October 11, 2010 with family and friends at her side. Ms. Cera was born on May 21, 1966 in Omaha, NE to Donald F. Cera and Yvonne Cera-Dirgo. She was a restaurant manager and had lived in Fort Collins for 23 years. She had a great love for Nebraska football and also enjoyed college basketball, backgammon, scrabble, crosswords and throwing "Chele Paloozaï" golf tournaments in Estes Park. She was preceded in death by her parents. Survivors include her significant other Greg Garfield; brothers Ken, Russ and Ray Cera of Omaha; and a sister Colleen of Denver. Friends are invited to join the family for a Celebration of Michele's Life on Saturday, October 23 at 2:00 p.m. at Mulligan's Pub, 2439 S. College Ave., Fort Collins. To honor Michele, tie dye apparel would be appreciated. Michele has donated her body to medical science with the Lonetree Foundation.
