Michael Duane Moore, 58, of Fort Collins, died Feb. 13, 2009, at his residence. Mr. Moore was born April 23, 1950, in Fort Collins to David Moore and San-tana Martinez Moore. Mr. Moore was an active member of Holy Family Catholic Church, American Legion Post #187. Michael loved the Rockies and the Broncos and family gatherings. He will be remembered for his outgoing nature, his quick wit and wonderful sense of humor. Michael had a strong faith and devotion and especially liked to pray for others. Survivors include his son, Michael Paul Moore of Denver; two daughters, Wendy Moore of Thornton, and Tiffany Lynn Moore of Tucson, Ariz.; two brothers, John Moore of Fort Collins, and Nathan Moore of Fort Collins; three sisters, Joan Moore of Fort Collins, Gail Freedman of Los Angeles, Calif., and Suzan Moore of Commerce City; seven grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews, who will miss him greatly. Preceding Michael in death are his parents; a brother, David Lee and his twin brother, Patrick Wayne. A Rosary and Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Thursday, at Holy Family Catholic Church, Interment will follow at Roselawn Cemetery. Father Damian de la Cruz, C.R. will officiate at the services. Those who desire may view Mr. Moore, 1 to 5 p.m. Wednesday, at Bohlender Funeral Chapel.
