He leaves behind brothers, John, Kevin, Skip and a sister Kate along side his step siblings Sean and Michael. His memory lives on through his many nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles, and ex-wife/ friend Linda.
Mike had a colorful life with a zest for adventure. When he was young, Mike left high school early to pursue his passions. Utilizing his skills and talent, Mike became a self-taught mechanic. With this, he started working for Careys Bus Company in Whitman Massachusetts for many years repairing school busses.
He later moved to Colorado in the early 1980's where he began his true dream of raising his children and pursuing his career in the food industry.
Mike soon became a line cook at Denny’s where he learned the inner workings of the restaurant business. Following his passion, he later accomplished his ultimate goal of owning a successful restaurant and catering business that he could call his. Although, he did not stop there, Mike went on to own two homes alongside his restaurant in the state of Colorado. He did all kinds of catering events from Taste of Ft. Collins to even concerts and private parties. Mike thrived while he was cooking, creating and most importantly, following his dreams.
Outside of work, Mike was a true family man. He loved taking vacations and going on adventures with his children, letting them experience the joys of truly living. He enjoyed activities such as boating, camping, cooking, backyard bbqs, fishing, and riding around his Harley. Mike especially treasured the moments he had spending time with his four grandchildren; Emiliano, Isabella, Sophia and Charlotte were the light in his heart!
Mike will truly be missed by all who he loved and cherished in his heart.
