Michael D. Alvarez, 28, of Johnstown, died November 1, 2015.
Michael was born July 7, 1987 in Fort Collins, Colorado to Michael Alvarez and Diane Duron.
Michael lived in Northern Colorado all of his life. He enjoyed drawing; and loved his dogs, Jimmy and Blu.
Survivors include his grandparents, Daniel and Carmen Duron, who raised him; brothers, Jimmie, Seth and Nathaniel; sisters, Erika and Korina and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
Preceded in death by his mother, Diane.
A Memorial Service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Friday at Bohlender Funeral Chapel.
Memorial contributions can be made to the Michael D. Alvarez Memorial Fund in care of Bohlender Funeral Chapel, 121 W. Olive St., Ft. Collins, CO 80524.
