Melba L. Pinon

September 26, 1941 — March 8, 2025

Listen to Obituary
"If you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead you shall be saved."

Romans 10:9

We all get to choose, and Melba Lorene Pinon chose Jesus.

Melba was born in West Plains, Missouri on September 26, 1941, and she exited her earthly home on Saturday, March 8, 2025, holding the hand of her surviving, dear son, Michael D. Pinon. Preceding her in death were her parents, Lloyd and Eileen Jones, a brother, Lloyd W. Jones, her husband, Donald D. Pinon and a son, Kevin W. Pinon. She leaves behind her three younger sisters and their families. They are: Mary and Doug Streed, Sharon and Jim Hindman, and Tricia and Alan Hallock.

Melba graduated from Cache la Poudre High School in 1959 and then from Central Business College in Denver.

Upon graduation, Melba worked tirelessly and successfully at the Martin Marietta Company in Denver (Littleton) CO. Her entire career was spent supporting the important work at what is now Lockheed Martin.

Melba loved bowling, movies, music, and adventure. She is now enjoying the adventures of Heaven in the presence of her Savior. All we who choose Jesus will see you again soon, dear Melba.
