Mary Elizabeth Kerbel died on July 16, 2010 at the age of 82. Mary was born in Fort Collins, Colorado on June 17, 1928. After graduating from Fort Collins High School in 1946, Mary worked at the Bell Telephone Company as a telephone operator. On November 23, 1948 Mary married Earl C. Kerbel, also of Fort Collins. Mary owned and operated Mary Kerbel Draperies and helped decorate hundreds of homes in the Fort Collins area, Mary was a member of the Daughters of the American Revolution and Soroptimist Club. She was a member of the Trinity Lutheran Church, where she taught 4th grade Sunday School for many years. Mary is survived by her husband, Earl C. Kerbel of Wellington, Colorado; Patricia K. Lawrence Marsh of Cranbury Township, PA; Victoria L. Burton Anderson of Midland, Texas; Constance K. Richard White of Excelsior, Minnesota; two grandchildren, Christina Anderson Heller of Wooddale, Illinois and Erik Wayne Anderson of Midland, Texas; siblings, Harold Craw of Fulton, Missouri, Meredith Bollman of New Delhi, India; Nancy Ashford of LaJolla, California; many nieces and nephews and her faithful companion, Molly the Schnauzer. A Memorial Service will take place on Wednesday at 10:30 a.m. at Trinity Lutheran Church, 301 E. Stuart. A Private Graveside Service will be held at Roselawn Cemetery.
