Martha "Jane" Crocket passed away Sunday September 8, 2019 surrounded by family. A memorial service is planned for 11:00 AM on September 24, 2019 at the North Park Community Church in Walden Colorado.
Jane was born on January 15, 1933 on a ranch on the west side of Walden. She was the oldest of five children born to Harry E. and Anna "Marjorie" Manville. Jane married John W. "Jack" Crocket on January 18, 1952. She spent her life raising her five children and working at several places around Walden.
Jane was preceded in death by her husband, parents, sisters Harriet "Pat" Corkle and Barbara Ann Tyler and brother Robert "Bob" Manville. Her surviving sister is Carol Jean Wofford of Walden. She is also survived by her children, Barbara Shaw (Richard) and Susan Crocket of Fort Collins, George Crocket (Jamie) , Debra Greene (Denny Bagley), and Trish Kintzley all of Walden.
She is survived by 13 grandchildren, numerous great and great great grandchildren, not to mention all of the step and "adopted" kids and grandkids.
The family would like to thank the staff of Collinwood Assisted Living for the love and care that they gave to our mother. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be given to either the Jackson County Library or the North Park Community Church
