Dr. Marilyn J. Braun

Dr. Marilyn Braun, 79, of Fort Collins, died April 15, 2011 at Poudre Valley Hospital. Marilyn was born September 27, 1931 in Cheyenne, Wyoming to Carl F. and Mabel Peek Krumm. Marilyn graduated from Fort Collins High School in 1949 and attended two years at CSU. She was a veteran of the Women's Marine Corps from 1950 to 1952 during the Korean War. She earned a PhD in Biology and Chemistry of skin in plants, animals and humans. She owned and operated Dr. Braun's European Skin Care Ltd. Was active in the practice and teaching of care and healing of skin as a licensed professional Esthetician for over 55 years in many parts of the world. She will be remembered by her clients, friends and clinic staff for her outstanding contributions to this healthcare field. Marilyn is survived by her brother, Robert Krumm of McCall, Idaho, many cousins, nieces and nephews. Preceding Marilyn in death are her parents. A Memorial Service will be held at Bohlender Funeral Chapel on Thursday at 3:00 p.m. Private Inurnment will take place in Cheyenne, Wyoming. Pastor Meghan Aelabouni will officiate the service.
