Marie Suppes

Marie Suppes, 91, of Fort Collins, died January 29, 2011 at a local nursing home. Mrs. Suppes was born April 4, 1919 in Windsor, Colorado to Henry and Anna Lind. Marie married George Suppes on December 26, 1938 in Fort Collins. He passed away January 7, 1984. Mrs. Suppes has lived in the area all her life. She was a homemaker, enjoyed crossword puzzles, gardening, and was a great cook. Survivors include her sons, Steven and Stanley of Fort Collins; sister, Evelyn Bennett of Rochester, Minnesota, and four grandchildren, two great-grandchildren. Preceding Marie in death are her parents, husband, brothers and sisters. A Funeral Service will be held at Plymouth Congregational Church, 916 W. Prospect, on Monday, February 7, 2011, 1:30 p.m. Interment will follow at Grandview Cemetery. Memorial contributions can be made to the Kidney Foundation in care of Bohlender Funeral Chapel, 121 W.
