Margaret Lynd, of Fort Collins, was born in 1919 in Kewaunee, Wis. She was married for 60 years to Harold Lynd, who preceded her in death. They lived in Wisconsin, California, Oregon, Virginia, Montana and Colorado. She and Harold lived in Fort Collins since 1976. Margaret worked during World War II for Lockheed Aircraft in California, and after the war at a cleaners in Oregon and the Department of Commerce in Virginia. Her hobbies included gardening, crocheting, knitting and fishing Lake Michigan with Harold. Margaret is survived by her daughter, Gayle, and son-in-law, Bill, of Denver; and her twin sister, Marie, of Green Bay, Wis. Both Margaret and her husband will be buried at Fort Logan National Cemetery, Colo. A gathering for her friends will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Thursday at Bohlender Funeral Chapel.
