Margaret "Peggy" L. Kolodziej

Fort Collins, Colorado – Margaret L. Kolodziej ("Peggy"), 83, of Rocky Hill, Connecticut, passed away Thursday, September 17, 2015. She was Henry's ("Koke") beloved wife of 54 years. Born March 16, 1932, in Hartford's "South End," raised in Wethersfield, Peggy was the daughter of Richard and Ann (Noonan) Cronan.

Peggy cherished her family and every friendship she made throughout her life. She enriched the lives of those whom she loved, and who will forever love her. Peggy is survived by her cousin and best friend, Elaine Noonan, of Wethersfield, Connecticut; daughter Ann Mangan, son-in-law Tim, granddaughter Audrey, and grandson Steve, of Honeoye Falls, New York; her son Frank, daughter-in-law Jeannine, grandson Kevin, and granddaughter Alexandria, of Loveland, Colorado; her son, Steven, and granddaughter Mary, of Cheshire, Connecticut; and daughter Sandra Larson and son-in-law Justin of Fort Collins, Colorado.

Grandma Peggy would laugh when she signed a grandchild's birthday card, having to first reflect on whether to sign it "Noni," or "Nana," depending upon the grandchild. She was happy to answer by any name, for them. Most recently, Peggy lived in Fort Collins, Colorado, where she made new friends and embraced new experiences. Peggy was honored to maintain her family's dedication to bringing her brother, who is missing in action, home from the Korean War. She traveled to Seoul, South Korea, and to West Palm Beach, Florida, for the dedication of the Lt. Richard E. Cronan Memorial.
